We in Barangay 198 are planning to buy disaster risk reduction equipment. These include a generator, hand- held radios, and medical equipment, especially now that our country is experiencing various calamities.
Aside from the disaster prevention equipment, portions of the budget will be allocated to the rest of the programs and activities that our barangay will be conducting this year.

The safety and security of our residents is our priority. That’s why we want to invest some of our budget on security devices. We want to install security cameras on every corner of the barangay to prevent the bad guys from threatening peace and safety. We agreed on this plan because criminals nowadays have become more strategic, and this is what we wish to prevent by installing CCTV cameras all over the area.

Barangay Pag-asa is spending most of its budget on health and education. We are also focusing on the projects of our Sangguniang Kabataan for our barangay’s youth. While we believe that we should allocate most of our budget to these, we are not disregarding our environmental goal. We want to achieve a clean and green barangay, which will also benefit everyone in our community.
