PASIG CITY, Philippines – LEAGUE: The Local Government Unit Magazine recently launched its digital copies with the goal of reaching a wider audience worldwide. This is in line with the publication’s advocacy of taking Filipinos into the “heart of local governance in the Philippines, showcasing the best of the country—its people and leaders—where they are, how they thrive, how they lead, and how they succeed.”
“The digital copies or e-zines of LEAGUE are now available on Google Play, Payhip, League Magazine Online’s website and Facebook Page Shop,” said Juan Miguel Paolo Tungpalan, marketing manager of The LEAGUE Publishing Company Inc.
Since the digital copies are accessible anywhere, anytime, Filipinos around the world can now keep abreast of what’s happening in the local government scene. “Wherever you are, as long as you have a device with fast and reliable internet connection, you can download the e-zines and read about local governance at your most convenient time,” Tungpalan said.
LEAGUE, already entering its third year, has published a dozen magazine issues featuring government officials like Sara Duterte, Herbert Bautista, Bodjie Dy, Bubut Brondial, Jaime Fresnedi, Bing Leonardia, Bong Go, Cezar Quiambao, Menchie Abalos, and Isko Moreno, among others.
Aside from its digital copies, LEAGUE also offers a subscription plan on a bi-monthly basis available at www.leaguemagazineonline.com, the official website of LEAGUE Magazine. The subscription plan includes free access to up-to-the-minute local government news stories and quality articles written by LEAGUE’s high-caliber writers and editors, and both digital and print copies of the magazine.
